Jeanne Marisse Theodora C. Antolin

Jeanne Marisse Theodora C. Antolin graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology in 2005. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila Law School in 2010. She started her law career in 2012. She worked for Abuda Asis and Associates, a firm that specializes in banking and project finance before joining the firm. She currently handles corporate, commercial, labor, civil and criminal cases.

Leah Eloisa R. Espiritu
Senior Associate

Leah Eloisa R. Espiritu graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Political Science from the University of San Carlos, Cebu City.  She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the same university.

She has a comprehensive practice in the areas of labor, commercial and aviation law and has assisted various foreign and domestic companies in establishing their business in the Philippines ensuring compliance with  regulatory requirements of local government units and other government agencies.

Currently,  she represents corporation and individuals in a wide variety of transactions and agreements such as loans, acquisitions, lease, licensing and corporate restructuring.  Her other areas of practice include intellectual property immigration and civil litigation.

Joan Roshen M. Dueñas

Joan Roshen M. Dueñas graduated from the De La Salle University in 2009 with Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Legal Management. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the succeeding year. She is currently handling civil and criminal cases as well as corporate matters for the firm.

Angela Katrina K. Feria

Angela K. Feria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, Minor in Environmental Studies from the  University of Pennsylvania in 2012. She earned her J.D. in 2016 from Ateneo Law School and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017.  She presently handles corporate, litigation and regulatory matters.

Raymond Joseph V. Mercado

Raymond Joseph V. Mercado graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, Major in Communications Technology, Minor in International Business from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2012. He attained his Juris Doctorate at the Ateneo School of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in April 2017. His fields of practice include litigation, labor, aviation and corporate law.

Gilbert P. Aslor

Gilbert P. Aslor is a graduate of Bicol University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2009. He finished his Bachelor of Laws in Aquinas University (now University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi) in 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in 2016. He previously worked at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. His fields of practice include tax, corporate and litigation.

Francis Christian Mark T. Paca

Francis Christian Mark T. Paca graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Communication Arts, degree from the De La Salle University in 2001. He then spent many years working as a Research Associate for an Information Technology Consulting firm before entering the De La Salle University – College of Law in 2014. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 2018 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2019. He presently handles civil and labor cases, as well as corporate matters.

Mark Emmanuel L. Abilo

Mark Emmanuel L. Abilo graduated from the De La Salle University-Manila in 2011 with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Legal Management. He obtained his law degree from the San Beda College of Law and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2018. Prior to joining the firm, he worked with one of the country’s leading professional services and audit firm as an associate, and was also appointed as an attorney in one of the government’s education arms. His area of practice includes general corporate practice, and civil and criminal litigation.
