Christopher S. Salvador’s practice presently deals with broad range of transactional, corporate and aviation matters. He has advised, prepared documents, and negotiated for an in behalf of foreign and local clients on various corporate deals and transactions involving acquisitions, equity issuances, corporate structure, corporate governance, labor issues, taxation energy, and regulatory matters. His practice also extends to general corporate law practice, corporate housekeeping, including regulatory advice, advisory assistance to clients’ queries, and the drafting, execution and review of legal and commercial documents.
Mr. Salvador is a graduate of the Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from the De La Salle – Graduate School of Business and Far Eastern University – Institute of Law consortium. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2010.
Jeanne Marisse Theodora C. Antolin graduated from the University of Asia and the Pacific with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology in 2005. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila Law School in 2010. She started her law career in 2012. She worked for Abuda Asis and Associates, a firm that specializes in banking and project finance before joining the firm. She currently handles corporate, commercial, labor, civil and criminal cases.
Joan Roshen M. Dueñas graduated from the De La Salle University in 2009 with Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Legal Management. She subsequently obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo de Manila School of Law in 2013 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the succeeding year. She is currently handling civil and criminal cases as well as corporate for the firm.
Angela K. Feria graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Politics, Philosophy and Economics, Minor in Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012. She earned her J.D. in 2016 from Ateneo Law School and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 2017. She presently handles corporate, litigation and regulatory matters.
Raymond Joseph V. Mercado graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management, Major in Communications Technology, Minor in International Business from the Ateneo de Manila University in 2012. He attained his Juris Doctorate at the Ateneo School of Law in 2016 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in April 2017. His fields of practice include litigation, labor, aviation and corporate law.
Narciso G. Reyes, Jr. received his Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) from University of Santo Tomas (UST) Faculty of Civil Law in 2015, and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year. His areas of concentration include criminal prosecution and defense, civil litigation, corporate law and special projects.
Maicha M. Lucaylucay graduated with a Bachelor of Arts, Major in Social Science from the University of the Philippines Manila in 2009. She attained her Bachelor of Laws from San Beda College Alabang School of Law in 2014 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar in April 2016.
Gilbert P. Aslor is a graduate of Bicol University with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy in 2009. He finished his Bachelor of Laws in Aquinas University (now University of Santo Tomas-Legazpi) in 2015 and was admitted to the Bar in 2016. He previously worked at Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co. His fields of practice include tax, corporate and litigation.
